Sent here from Crestline tire shop and you guys are amazing! Thank you for your help with my tires today. With a big storm coming this week, I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to find tires in time- I now feel super prepared! Customer service was wonderful and friendly.

This place is the best. Reasonable prices, fast service. I was driving from Nevada with our travel trailer. Had one tire on the trailer blow out. Put on the spare, realized that the other tire was going to get flat soon. Called 30 or more tire shops on the 15. They all had to order my tire. Called International Tire Shop, they had my tire, not just one but two! They serviced my trailer as soon a we got there. They also had a rim that I was going to need since my rim was ruined from the blow out tire. Will certainly do business with them when and if I need tires😊

I loved this company they been there for me always, but now someone named Manny is running the front now and he checked my car for $50 said nothing is wrong with my car no major issues and if my engine light come on to come back he will check again for free. I come back and he doesn’t check my car again and send me somewhere else and said my car to get check again with a smoke detector machine for $80. Remind you I never got charged for my car to get checked here just services done to my car. I’m so disappointed I miss James his wife and daughter who ran it. Let me not forget to mentioned he is not the best at customer services he seems to take a different tone with black people. I could be wrong but just what I seen in one visit.

I only rated 1 star because the option for negative stars was unavailable. I discourage any potential customer from purchasing service or tires from this business. My husband and I purchased a used tire +installation from this business 6/8/19 and experienced a blowout on the freeway jeopardizing the lives and safety of myself and our newborn daughter and causing severe paint/body damage to our new vehicle. When visiting a legit tire center, we were advised the used tire was expired by over 10 years and should not have been sold. International tire center office attendant was rude, unconcerned and even reluctant to refund $$ paid for the tire; although we're produced both the original receipt and the faulty tire. She insisted that we come back Monday, as the manager was not present. We will surely be making a formal police report and complaint to BBB; as well as pursuing the business in court, as they should be responsible for the cost of body work repairs in lieu of their negligence. I have included pictures of my shredded tire. No one deserves this.
